Eric and his crew are extremely professional and friendly. We needed to get our exterior piping replaced due to root growth and orangeburg piping. We called Drain Scope on a Friday within a couple hours Edwin came to unclog the pipes. Edwin was extremely respectful and provided us good advice. By Wednesday the crew was at the house ready for the replacement. Finished with a couple hours. Eric provided us with payment options and discounts that may apply. We had a stubborn clogged pipe caused by root infiltration, and they handled it quickly and professionally from start to finish. Dave, the technician, was outstanding, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through what he found with the camera scope. He showed me exactly where the roots had infiltrated the line and how he cleared them out, which gave me real peace of mind. Called a lot of places to fix a issue in my lateral that needed excavation, a lot of people up charged on the quotes but Drain Scope Solutions came to us with the best quote and did the job that was needed in no time. Recommend everyone to call them for big or small jobs definitely will be calling/Recommending them for future issues! fyi if you don’t want to pay out of pocket they have financing programs some including no interest for couple year. We experienced an episode of the Beverly Hillbillies in our yard (except it wasn't oil bubbling up from underground!). Eric responded to my message on a Sunday, came out to the house Monday morning and had us scheduled that week. The excavation team was great! We had a clog in our main sewer line and I reached out to Eric and his team after being referred to them by a good friend of mine. They responded immediately and had their tech David at my house the next day! David was an awesome tech and assessed the situation with a camera and a snake.
